Our innovative "dual-track talent incubation model" offers internal tiered technical training courses, tailoring an "International Engineer Training Program" for technical backbones. Externally, we collaborate with Beijing Institute of Technology and several top vocational and technical universities in Guangdong Province to establish joint laboratories. Through a training mechanism of "project practice + theoretical enhancement," we accelerate the conversion of university research outcomes into new productivity, preparing the company with versatile technical management talents with an international perspective.
